Assessment Permissions

Introduction

In the Assessment area not all users should be able to access the Assessment area, create new Assessments, Invite new users into the area or change settings. Below are the key role permissions for the Assessment area.

 


Permissions


A. Role permission: Menu-Assessment.


These are the main Assessment role permissions.

The specific permission for this area are:

  • View. You can access the Assessment screen. This is the basic permission given to Guest users.
  • Manage. Can create new Assessments and Options. Also, create new Teams for the Assessments to be added to.
  • Invite. Can invite new users to Wovex as ‘Guest’ users to use the Assessment functionality as part of one or more Teams. Invited users as Guests can access permitted Assessments, Options and the Assessment Dashboards.
  • Settings. Show the cog on the main Assessment Management screen, where default settings can be changed. These settings apply to all Assessments in your system.
  • Advanced. This unlocks additional Assessment features not part of the standard package.



B. Role permission: Help-Text.


The specific permission for this area are:

  • Manage. You can edit the Header text at the top of enabled screens. Not all screens have been enabled for this, with Impact Assessment being the first.
  • This permission is for Manager and admin users.
