You can create central contacts who you can set as owners or sponsors etc for any initiative or measure on the Main Data details screen, for example.
Contacts can be added to different roles on Benefits, Measures and Initiatives.
Create them and add the details you need - Names, Role and Organisation details.
Also, optionally, pictures…
These are centrally stored for use across all Models in Wovex.
To create contacts see Settings> Contacts
Some fields will allow multiple contacts to be associated, for example Key Stakeholders, and some are necessarily single options only for example Owner.
This ensures that any changes of details can be done centrally and maintain consistency across all your models.
