Capture operationally, how is an Initiative/Benefit/Measure doing? Red, Amber or Green?

These are set manually, and different to those on the Dashboard (general operational RAGs)

This allows you to capture a discussion and subjective opinion as another layer to the data driven RAGS.

      Your confidence that something will go right? 

      What is the impact of it not going right? 

      What is the overall Risk Score for each Initiative/Benefit/Measure?

What is the Risk Score for each Initiative/ Benefit/ Measure? 

    1-4   = low risk
4-14 = medium risk
15-25 = high risk
