This is a key dashboard that allows you to compare measures in delivery.


Setup and edit 

Edit the settings for a particular Benefit or Measure in: Details Screen > Dashboard Setup tab

Access the list of existing Dashboards in:  Workflow > Manage Dashboards  



This is a flexible Dashboard that enables the status of Measures and Benefits to be seen for an Initiative, or group of Initiatives.


Initiatives can be for contracts, areas and a programme, for example, depending on the Initiatives chosen and how they are grouped.

Up to six different columns, or Containers, can be viewed on screen for each Dashboard.

Four different Containers can also downloaded to PDF. An example with two containers is shown.


Containers - These are the columns that show on the dashboard. They are 'buckets' you can use to group measures to show collectively for comparison between them. 


Prerequisites

There are some relationships and data that are required to set up these dashboards to show:


  1. Benefit and Measure - Benefits Hub > Relationships set up the Benefits and their measures
  2. Benefit and Goal - Benefits Hub > Relationships set up the Benefits and their Goals
  3. Initiative on the container and Measure - Set a direct relationship 
  4. There must be time-series data set up for the current and previous - Check this is in place in Manage Actuals and search for the measure you want to see on the Dashboard.
  5. Setup all essential data on the Dashboard setup.


Copy from an existing Dashboard

How to copy and paste an existing Dashboard and just tweak a few things for a new dashboard


Workflow > Manage Dashboards

Click Copy next to the Dashboard that you want to use as a basis for your new dashboard.
