Wovex help and support - how we decide on priorities

Every request relating to bugs and action goes through a triage process. This is so Wovex can determine the priority of responses and act based on the severity of the situation. 

This enables us to respond efficiently to situations when we do not have enough resources to do everything immediately.


We use the following categories in the triage to decide on timings to respond and allocation of resource.


Nature of the issue, severity level e.g.

1 = Inaccessible

2 = Work cannot reasonably continue

3 = Non-essential features are impaired

4 = Errors than have no/minimum impact on operation

5 = Information or functionality requests
