A very small number of our customers who use IE11 (Microsoft Internet Explorer version 11) browsers have reported that some icons in the cloud do not display correctly.
This issue has been found to be related to the installation of IE11, rather than Wovex, and it only happens in certain cases.
For example, two people from the same company with separate installations (but the same version) of IE11 can have different experiences.
The resolution is to reinstall IE11.
