The following are the most common issues and resolutions to logging into the cloud environment.
1. Forgotten password: On the login screen there is a 'Forgot your password' link. Please use this to reset your password.
2. Login name not recognized/does not exist: If you have been set-up the check that you don't have a space in your login name. Please remove any spaces of other characters and try again.
