Each Object has information that can be stored about it.  

  • The Profile is commonly a list of the Important information on an Object commonly a Benefit or Measure. 
    • This information or data includes anything that is important to know.  This information is known collectively is sometimes known as the benefits register.
    • In Wovex this information can all be accessed via the Benefits Hub - this holds all the information you need for benefits realisation in a searchable way so that you can drill down and define to whatever level is useful for you.
  • Create and Manage a Profile:
    • Collecting this information together, editing it and managing it is very important in benefit realisation.  
    • This collection of information about one Object is called a Profile.  
    • It is key information that is important to know and have about an Object.  
  • Each Object Type has Different Information on its Profile
    • Every type of Object will have different information that is important to know about it.  
    • Therefore, each Object type has a set of different fields which make up the standard template profile for that Object.  
    • So if you created a new Objective, then you would be able to enter certain information about that Objective, which would form its profile.  
    • In Wovex the most common fields for each type of Object are structured in standard Details Screens, these can be tailored in any way possible with certain contracts.
  • Profiles Increase Clarity and Reduce Misunderstanding
    • These information screens can be filled collaboratively over time to build clarity on Benefits and Measures. This helps reduce misunderstanding and create a collective memory for the organisation all in one place.
