A wovex model, saved as a .REX file, is made up of the visual SuccessMap to help you communicate what it will take to deliver benefits and overall success, as well as all the associated data behind the map.
A Wovex SuccessMap is created from linked Objects. The different Objects represent elements of a programme or portfolio as well as the benefits of the programme and other annotations such as requirements and assumptions. These Objects can be used to visualise the flow of cost and benefit throughout the programme. Wovex maps allow you to capture the links between all these objects and any associated data about the relationships.
It's possible to create any number of Objects to capture and display data on all the tasks that will ensure success. The model can then be analyzed and the information shared.
The model of Objects and related data can also be used to build Scenarios of different Options to aid decision-making depending on your licence.
